It is adjoined to a large dining room with old charm, with a beautiful square table that can accommodate 14 people, with two large windows with views of the park. Next to it, a beautiful glass roof of 60 m2 and an ice gallery with many board games. The 6 rooms, completely renovated and tastefully decorated, are spacious with private bathrooms. The house is very quiet and access to the park of one hectare is on one level. The pool is secure and located just a short walk from the house, in the middle of a very wooded park with century-old trees. Adults and children can enjoy many games on site (2 billiards adult and child, pétanque, ping-pong, babyfoot, molky, swing, trampoline, turnball, basketball basket and football cage, blower table, bicycles, ...). All convenience stores are within walking distance, in 5 to 10 minutes. Guest access You have access to the whole property as well as the private pool. You are the only tenants on the estate.
