Located in the heart of nature, this chalet enjoys a unique location just steps from Rapid'eau Park: rafting base, kayaking, hydrospeed, and tree climbing park with zip lines above the Ubaye. In addition, La Guinguette de l'Ubaye welcomes you in a relaxed atmosphere with snacks, music and events in summer. All this is complemented by a large natural relaxation area and a pétanque court. An ideal setting to recharge your batteries or have fun, without having to get back in the car. The space Enjoy a warm and relaxing stay in this cozy chalet, ideal for families, couples or small groups. It can accommodate up to 6 people thanks to its well-distributed beds and its charming wooded atmosphere. The chalet offers a warm atmosphere and all the comforts necessary for a relaxing stay. It consists of: - A bright living room with seating area and fully equipped open kitchen - A comfortable master bedroom with storage - An attic mezzanine, perfect for accommodating children or friends - A modern shower room with toilet - A private terrace, ideal for alfresco dining or quiet evenings Linens and towels are included. Outside, you can enjoy a green setting, without neighbors, with garden furniture and direct access to common relaxation areas (rafting base, tree climbing park, snack bar, petanque court, hammocks, etc.). The accommodation is simple, functional and bathed in natural light, with a warm, wooded decor that invites you to relax. Guest access Guests have access to the entire chalet, its private terrace and the shared outdoor area (relaxation area, petanque court, leisure center). There is a shared parking lot nearby. Access is easy, and we will give you all the necessary directions before you check in. Note: The accommodation is not overlooked, but is close to two other accommodations. However, each accommodation has its own independent entrance and a dedicated outdoor space to guarantee your privacy and comfort. Other things to note To access the chalet you must go to the reception of the Rapid'eau Park leisure center where we will welcome you. Check-ins are usually from 4 p.m. but this may vary, so we invite you to contact us beforehand. You have the option to wait in our relaxation and snack area while waiting for your rental.
