Situated in quiet Kew, but minutes from High Street with dozens of eateries, this apartment is great for a small family or group. Sun-lit and suburban, the property offers a spacious open-plan living, a large dining space and fully-equipped kitchen with serving essentials and quality appliances. Two bathrooms and free parking add to the convenience, while the patio, communal outdoor spaces and easily accessible parklands right outside the complex put you next to nature. The space This spacious three-bedroom apartment is thoughtfully furnished to maximise functionality and is close to supermarkets, bakeries, pharmacies, public transport, shops, art galleries, cafes and restaurants - everything you could possibly want is at your fingertips. Step into the living room complete with three-seater couch, flat-screen TV, air conditioning and access to the private patio. Cook up a storm in the gourmet kitchen complete with Blanco stainless steel oven and stove top and all the cooking basics you could need. Each queen bedroom has wardrobe space for easy storage of luggage and personal belongings, while the primary bedroom has access to its own private ensuite. The second and third bedrooms can make use of the main bathroom offering a large bathtub, perfect for bath time with children or a relaxing soak, a mirrored vanity, and complimentary toiletries to get you started. Additional amenities include on-site, secure parking, washer and dryer and a dedicated working space with Wi-Fi throughout the unit. Please note that the large burner on the stove is currently not operational, and only three of the burners are working at this time. Rest assured, we are actively working on getting it repaired. Guest access During your stay, you and your group will have the entire house to yourself, except for one locked room. This room is to be refurbished as we continue to make improvements to the home for our guests. You'll also have access to the communal backyard. Please make yourself at home! Before your arrival, we will also share a house guide that contains instructions on how to access the property, use certain appliances, and anything else you may need to know. Our property is equipped with a small quantity of basic sundries to suit a short stay or to get you started on an extended visit. We offer a selection of essentials to make your stay comfortable, including toilet paper, single-use shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, tea, coffee, long-life milk, and cleaning/laundry supplies. Beds are made with linens and we provide one towel per person, bath mat, hand towel and tea towel. We do not replenish these items and encourage you to travel with additional items or purchase these locally during your stay. If staying longer-term, please contact us to arrange cleaning including fresh linens and replenishment of these supplies at an additional cost.
