For monthly rentals in the winter period, the price is 800 euros per month plus expenses. The house consists of a living room with a dining area, a balcony, a fully equipped kitchen with a new washing machine and dishwasher, two bedrooms, one with a large double bed and one with a comfortable sofa bed for two people, a master bathroom with a shower and a service bathroom. For stays longer than 30 days, it is mandatory to sign a contract as per the regulations of Italian law, and a deposit will be requested. Pets are not accepted except for exceptions, but always ask for approval first, and only for small dogs, which will not be able to get on the sofas and beds for reasons of allergies. For long periods, we ask our kind guests to have the house cleaned by our service staff. You will pay directly the service person you want or that we recommend to keep the house in order. Other things to note There is no private parking, but there is free parking on the street. On Friday mornings, there is a market, so you can't park in front of the house on Friday mornings.
