This wonderful bed is covered in elegant linens for a perfect night's sleep. The studio apartment has all of the amenities needed for either short-term or long-term stays, including a dedicated, a full-size bathroom with tub and shower, lots of towels, free wifi, and a 43-inch Samsung Smart TV. So, you can log into any of your own streaming services. We have antenna TV, which receives many local stations. There is no cable or satellite. The studio apartment has a kitchenette equipped with a refrigerator/freezer, a microwave oven, a toaster oven, a coffee maker, and a tea kettle. We also have place settings and cutlery for three, a cutting board, and various kitchen and cooking implements. There is also a work desk with office chair which you can use as a place to work on your laptop. There are plenty of outlets throughout the studio -- including 6 USB wall outlets. Guest access You will have a private entrance and a living space that is completely separate from the main house. Visitors not listed on the reservation confirmation record are not allowed after 11:00pm. We do not accept animals because they would jeopardize our health. We do not allow do-it-yourself hair coloring because it permanently stains the bathroom fixtures. Late Checkout Fee: $50 per hour, or part thereof, of lateness after the 11:00am checkout time.
