The room at your disposal, which was a mezzanine, is now partitioned and totally private, separated from the rest of the accommodation, on the 1st floor, to avoid noise. The room is furnished with a comfortable king size bed (160 cm), a desk, a wardrobe with dresser and shelves. The apartment is spacious and all the other rooms are common: large living room with American kitchen, living/dining room, bathroom and toilet) are to be shared. The TV in the living room is also shared, and Wi-Fi access is included. The apartment is on the 3rd and top floor without elevator access, smokers accepted (not in the rooms). A supermarket 4 minutes' walk away, small restaurants nearby. My 23-year-old son also lives here. And for the weekend, the market awaits you on Sunday morning! Alfortville is located in the Parisian suburbs, very easy to access from/to Paris: - 5 minutes from Paris buses and metro (Maisons-Alfort Veterinary School station, line 8) to go to Gare de Lyon in 10 minutes or Bastille in 15 minutes, - bus to Paris at the foot of the building and others 5 minutes away. - For those coming by private transport, the apartment is located right next to exit 3 of the A4 highway.
