L'Antica Via - Room for Rent

The house is a free standing independent house located in the small, charming town of Borghetto di Vara; located 1 km. from the motorway exit. The Cinque Terre can be reached in 20 minutes and the Outlet Mall can be reached in 5 minutes (by car or bus). The room has its own private entrance, a sleeping loft and its own bathroom. You'll have access to a small breakfast room and communal garden. The space The entrance is located on the ground floor, the bedroom has a double bed (loft upstairs) with possibility of adding a single bed, but can also become a double with single beds. There is an internal bathroom and ceiling fan system. Guest access Guests will always have free parking, garden and breakfast room with small fridge in common, coffee maker and microwave oven.
