The property is located in a quiet village. Services in the village: bakery, post office, convenience store, doctor, bar-tobacconist, etc. Numerous activities: walks, biking, hikes, tours, etc. The space The dwelling consists of a house of 150 m2 and an annex: In the house (central heating): - 3 bedrooms: 1 with 160 bed + sink, 1 with 160 bed + walk-in shower, 1 with queen bed. - 1 large living room with AIR CONDITIONING (summer), - 1 large modern kitchen, 2 refrigerators, one with a water dispenser, - 1 large converted veranda overlooking the garden, - Bathroom with Italian shower and sink, - Separate toilet. In the annex (independent heating): - 1 AIR-CONDITIONED bedroom with 1 160 cm bed, - 1 bedroom with 5 single bunk beds (very nice and intended for children), - 1 bathroom, with toilet, sink and walk-in shower.
