Our one-bedroom loft apartment is in the charming neighbourhood of Belem, known for its historical landmarks, cultural attractions, and beautiful surroundings. Guests can easily access famous landmarks such as the Belem Tower, Jeronimos Monastery, and the stunning waterfront. Easy access to the Belem train station (a 3-minute walk) makes it an ideal base for exploring the city. The space Welcome to my apartment! It is designed with an open floor plan. The living room features a convertible sofa bed, a flat-screen TV to watch all your favourite shows and a dining table where you can dine with loved ones. The adjacent kitchen has essential cookware and cutleries to cook delicious homemade meals. The sleeping area has a queen-sized bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. It features a door that opens up to a beautifully furnished terrace, providing a delightful extension of living space. The bathroom contains all the essentials; clean towels and complimentary toiletries will also be provided for your convenience. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Note: The internet service may not be ideal for streaming or remote work activities. Enjoy your stay! Guest access Guests will have access to the entire apartment! Other things to note This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
