Designer Musician's apartment/Sunset view

This newly renovated designer apartment has been published in a few Croatian magazines and is set on the second floor of an old building with high ceilings. It's spacious and cosy, has a garden in the back, a piano and a small balcony overlooking the sunset. It's a few meters from Ilica, the most famous street in Zagreb from where you can easily reach the city centre and most of the attractions on foot. If you use public transportation, the tram and bus station is right in front of the building. The space I am a working musician, psychotherapist and in the summer I drive sailing boats. I travel a lot and sometimes if I'm travelling for a longer period of time I rent my apartment. I hope you take good care of it :) It is fully furnished with a unique decor and has a lot of space to relax and hang out. You can read the books from my mini library or play the piano (even though it needs some tuning). Just be gentle to it and not after 11 pm, please. If you need any info about the city or Croatia, or the whole area of Balkan, in general, don't hesitate to ask, I don't think there's a place where I haven't been :)
