Relaxing 3 BR Condo/Dog-Friendly/Near Diamond Peak

A 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath private end unit with fully-updated kitchen and baths, fireplace, community pool and 2 private decks. Dog-friendly ($100 fee.) Ideally situated near Diamond Peak Resort, this condo offers a winter wonderland, letting skiers and boarders hit the slopes with ease. In the summer months, experience Tahoe while kayaking at Sand Harbor Beach, hiking the Rim Trail or golfing at Incline's amazing courses. The unit offers free wifi, flat screen smart TVs, BBQ and washer/dryer. The space Our favorite features of the home are the cozy family room, the rustic accessories and furnishings and the two quiet decks nestled among the pine trees. This end unit provides plenty of space and is ideal for families. Our home is a two-floor condo. The entry and bedrooms are on the lower level with the living area on upper level. The spacious living room has vaulted ceilings and beautiful wood floors and beams. The unit has high-speed Wifi and smart TVs are available in the main living area and Bedroom #1, with cable and access to streaming services, using your accounts. We tried to think of everything you would need during your stay. Our newly updated kitchen is fully-stocked for all your cooking needs; spices and other basic necessities are included. There is a drip coffee maker a well as a Keurig. We've even included two dog bowls and pet placemats. In the dining area is a spacious dining table that seats 6. There is additional seating at the breakfast area for 3. Bedroom 1 has a queen bed, ceiling fan, private bath (with shower) and a smart TV. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed, ceiling fan and shares a hallway bath (with tub) with Bedroom 3. Bedroom 3 has two twin beds, and is perfect for kids. Outside are two separate decks overlooking the pines, one with table and 4 chairs, the other with two chairs and a gas grill. We are dog-friendly, with a $100 pet fee per stay. (2 dogs max.) The complex There is a relaxing community pool just steps from the condo. Parking - There are two parking placards available for guests and a maximum of two parking spaces are allotted for each unit. There are several parking spaces located just in front of the unit. Parking spaces at Mountain Shadows are not reserved or numbered. Please park only in designated parking spaces and be sure to display a parking placard at all times. Please leave the placards in the unit when checking out. There will be a $50 charge for lost placards. Guest access The location The complex is a 3 to 4-minute drive to Incline's Championship golf course, grocery store, Starbucks, bike park, skate park, movie theater, etc. It's a short walk to the Incline Village Hyatt and several local restaurants. We are about a mile from the lake, about 3 minutes by car. It is very walkable, but we wouldn’t recommend carrying much with you. Better to bike or drive if you have small children or are carrying beach items. There is a lovely pool just steps from the unit, super convenient after a busy day. Lake Access Incline Village has three private beaches that are only accessible to guests with a punch card pass. The Village allows owners a limited number of these passes per year. We will gladly provide one to our guests on a first-come, first-served basis, but when they run out, your best options are to drive to and park at one of the many other beaches in the area. We recommend going early to find the best parking. More information about lake access will be provided at check in. Other things to note The entertainment system is simple to use and is controlled by an Apple TV remote. Please leave the remote charged when not in use and remember to leave the charger and the remote inside the unit upon departure.
