Bellavista Panorama - House in Calavà with a view

Bellavista Panorama Home is 15 minutes away from the sea on foot and 5 minutes by car. It is the perfect spot for families or friends looking for a place to relax and share lovely moments together. The house has 3 rooms (Smeraldo king room, Corallo double room with en-suite bathroom, and the Acqua single room). The family bathroom includes a bath tub and a bidet. Extras: external shower and sink, private garden. The big veranda has a sofa, two dining tables, and an amazing view of the sea. The space We can host up to 5 guests: there is 1 king bed in the Smeraldo bedroom, 1 single bed in the Acqua room and 1 queen bed in the Corallo room (if you request it beforehand, the Corallo queen bed can be transformed into 2 single beds. This is the room with the en-suite bathroom). A continental breakfast is included for the duration of the stay. We suggest you to have a look at the photos to understand the comfortable internal and external areas available exclusively to the guests including: - A bookshelf with books you can borrow for the duration of your stay - Mugs, plates, glasses, cutlery is all included. Toaster, microwave and many other accessories available in the kitchen - External shower (with hot water) is in addition to the two full bathrooms available in the property (one family bathroom, one en-suite bathroom) - Private garden and free reserved parking available Additionally, all windows of the house have fly screens (except in the veranda, where you can enjoy breathtaking views, dawns and sunsets). If you request it beforehand, we can provide: a cot, some kids' toys and beach accessories, BBQ such as beach towels and a beach umbrella. Guest access You would be able to access all parts of the house, including the veranda, the private garden and the laundry area comprising of laundry machine, drying rack and external basin. Other things to note Please note that a city tax will apply. The city tax is an administrative contribution required by law from the local council which will go to the local council but that we have to collect. Please note that this tax is €1 per person per night and it must be paid at check-in in cash. During the check-in, standard ID checks will also be made - those are also required by law.
