The space The house among palm trees is a building from the late 19th century. It was completed in 2014, faithfully following the original typology and construction systems and using noble materials such as stone and wood to complete the primitives. It is distributed in two antique pieces, living room and bedroom, spacious and high ceilings with teak and tilla beams, to which has been attached a modern body where the kitchen and bathroom are. The modern body adheres to the old, forming a harmonious whole, as if loving and proclaiming to the four winds that age does not matter. Guest access You can access all the areas of the house. Having proper precautions on stairs and rooftop Rooftop areas are impassable. Other things to note The house is situated in the small village of La Sorrueda, in the municipality of Santa Lucía de Tirajana. The nearest village is located about 3 miles away. Renting a car is recommended upon arrival as the dwelling is away from the nearest rural core. It's a 100 + year old house. Recently restored, it retains its original charm and offers all the comforts to make you feel at home.
