This 3 bedroom family friendly house is located 500m from the popular Surf Beach in Phillip Island. It is 7km to Cowes and a short drive to the Grand Prix Circuit, Penguin Parade and most other tourist attractions. Centrally located Phillip Island accommodation. Free Wifi included. The space The house has 3 spacious bedrooms and comfortably sleeps 7. There is a modern bathroom with shower and bath and 2 toilets in house. Outside is an extra fully enclosed hot water shower to use after the beach or just as an extra shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with a modern oven and coffee machine, with some pods to get you started. The laundry has a washing machine and dryer. All linen and bath towels are provided. To keep you warm on winter nights a wood heater is located in the living area. Firewood is not supplied, but can be purchased from service stations on island. A split system heater/ air conditioner is also located in the living area. A wall heater is centrally located outside the bedrooms. All 3 bedrooms have ceiling fans. There is a wall mounted Smart TV in the lounge and a basic TV located in the main bedroom. The property is fully fenced with a large grassed backyard. Walking distance to local park with playground and sand dunes where you will often spot wildlife including wallabies. Surf Beach is a small, quiet beachside suburb. Popular Surfies Point with sandy beach for swimming and rockpools is located a 500m walk away. If you enjoy your wine the local Bottlo is a 10 minute walk down the road with a seasonal coffee van and pizza van also on site. Guest access Guests have access to the whole house. Other things to note House is located in a quiet suburban neighbourhood so is not suitable for parties, groups of young people or schoolies.
