The villa is built in a gated compound of 27 houses with a private pool and 24/7 security. Common facilities open to all residents of the compound include a club-house with gym equipment and a big common pool with sun loungers. The space The house is very cosy. On the ground floor is the living room opening on a fully equipped US kitchen and a terrasse overlooking the pool. Sun loungers and an umbrella are available around the pool area. On the 1st floor are the 3 air-conditioned bedrooms (with double bed). The master bedroom has a balcony and an en-suite bathroom. The 2 other bedrooms share a common bathroom. An internet connection is available as well as a BBQ (Weber). Beach towels are provided. Guests have access to the washing machine in the small laundry area under the staircase. The compound is gated 24/7. There are 2 parking lots in front of the house and extra parking for visitors. Other things to note As a courtesy for the neighbours, please avoid loud noise or music after 21h00. The pool is not fenced and families travelling with young kids are advised to keep on eye on babies and children who do not know how to swim.
