Single-family house in the middle of nature, 3 km from the village of Candeleda. It consists of a large living room/dining room/kitchen, two double bedrooms and two bathrooms, arranged on a single floor without a slope (the space on the lower floor is not rented). Located in the La Tijera area, on a 7000m2 plot of forest on the mountainside with spectacular views of the Tietar Valley. Old area of terraced olive groves today populated with oaks, chestnuts and strawberry trees. The space The house has a main room where the living room, dining room and kitchen are located, two double bedrooms and two bathrooms. The house's outdoor areas have 3 terraces, one on each side and another covered one in the front of the house. One of the side terraces includes a barbecue area and the other side terrace has an outdoor shower to cool off. There is also space for parking vehicles. The house has underfloor heating, a fireplace, and air conditioning in one of the bedrooms and in the living room-dining room-kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped. The outdoor areas of the house, including the terraces, have unevenness due to the natural terrain, so they are not suitable for unsupervised minors. Linen and towels are provided. The house's water comes from a well and is not chlorinated, so it is not considered drinkable. It is suitable for cooking, rinsing food, brushing teeth, cleaning, etc. But you need to use mineral water for drinking. Access is by paved road and the last 150 meters by dirt road.
