Charming House, amazing view, private pool

Charming house 16 minutes (1,2km) walk to BEGUR. 10 minutes (3,8km) drive to beach. Views of Pyrenees on the terrace. In summer, soak up the sun next tp private plunge pool, take a walk in the forest and rice-fields and enjoy Begur. Beaches at Sa Tuna, Sa Riera, Tamariu or Callela. Garden all day sun. Supermarket nearby. Ceiling fans in bedrooms. Only booking per week starting Saturday. HUTG-011562 The space Casa Nova is a wonderful compact holiday house, fully freestanding, where we live during the year. In summer we remove our personal belongings and rent it out. To people who will love the ever changing skies and surrounding nature as much as we do. The house is fresh and modern. Next to the two bedrooms you have access to a small officespace / study where (if you really must....) you can study, work or make a phonecall. On the porch you find a dining table and on the terrace you can lounge underneath a pergola. The plunge pool is of a modest size (2,5x4m) but great to cool down. The poolman comes every week to check and clean. Please be aware that you are renting from an individual home owner. The house and terrace is cleaned upon your arrival and we have done everything we can to make you feel comfortable in a homely setting. But we are not a five star hotel with everyday cleaning and 100% perfection. Guest access You can use the house, the garden, the hammock and the swimmingpool. This is all private. You have easy access to Begur (1,2 km - 16 minutes fairly flat walk) and the beaches (40 minutes by foot, 10 by car or scooter). Other things to note Our house does not have airconditioning, the ceiling fans are enough for ourselves in the bedrooms. For your convenience we also provide mobile air coolers. Yet, extreme heat is unpredictable and will cause warm bedrooms. Please use the water and electricity responsibly. Bedlinnen plus towels and cleaning after you leave are included in the service fee. Please note there are NO beachtowels. Our swimming pool is 1,50 meters deep. There are no safety measures for children, it is accessible from the terrace.
