Private room Full Kitchen , French doors room

I have a very unique situation to be able to rent my rooms as I see fit to people traveling through or staying for an extended time in Tampa for work or for pleasure. We have a Complete House with Full back yard on a lake , Gourmet Kitchen . ONLY Two rooms rented at one time , wifi is super fast up 590*900down and passcode is direct line no dashes 860 then the 517 and 5027 Also the Wifi Passcode so you will be able to reach out anytime....... So use it spar. only TY, Nick The space ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING IN HOUSE , USE OF ROOM AND BATHROOM FULL BATH SHOWER ALL TOWELS AND WASH CLOTHES AVAILABLE. Front hall closet , Iron and other extra spaces for you in front hall closet, if needed to hang shirts or clothes ? Towels and things to help comfort your stay if cold or need an extra small fan in the bedroom? Guest access LOCK WITH AUTOMATED ACCESS WITH 4 digit code to enter. Records ur entrance and exit for security on door entry way. We can sleep with the front door unlocked very safe area but we do not out of habit not knowing who is home or not? Other things to note USE OF KITCHEN AND ALL WITH IN IT IS OK , IF SOMETHING BREAKS JUST LET ME KNOW. PLEASE CLEAN UP AFTER COOKING AND FOOD IS YOUR OWN , . SEAT'g IN THE PORCH AREA AND fire pit PROVIDED BY OWNER. I LIKE IT COOL BUT NOT FREEZING IN MY HOMES. I KEEP A/C AT Comfort levels only for all 76 to 78 degrees 2024BRAND NEW A/Fa UNIT .
