A private 20 square meter room with a terrace in a cozy apartment located next to La Pedriza. A 1.40 x 2.00 m double bed and a 90 single bed, 55" TV, Orange TV, Netflix, Wi-Fi, dining table in the room for a very personal stay. Central heating, keeps the heat all day. Guests have towels and a hairdryer. Please do not smoke in the entire house. Maximum hygiene. Possibility of using a garage to store bicycles or motorcycles. I provide all information. The space The house has all the amenities and utensils in all its rooms. Bathroom with towels and mat exclusively for guests, with a powerful hot water shower. In the kitchen, guests can use the microwave, toaster, and coffee maker (no cooking). Breakfast is included and is served at agreed times. Responsible use of everything is requested. Thank you.
