House and private pool in Beaujolais

House with private pool in the heart of a quiet village of the Haut-Beaujolais, between vineyards, meadows and woods. The place is ideal for rest, to explore our beautiful region on foot, by bike, or on horseback to enjoy this exceptional setting. The part of the house is reserved for you, it is private for you, there are no other guests or my family. Swimming pool, petanque and barbecue to relax in summer, or by the stove in winter. The space Our house is located in a small quiet village, in an exceptional natural environment, with a view of the mountains of the Haut-Beaujolais. It is a comfortable, bright and very pleasant house to stay in, both indoors and outdoors. Ideal for nature lovers, you can enjoy hiking or cycling at your leisure. Nearby, an equestrian center that can introduce you to the region on horseback, in the middle of the forest an adventure course with tree climbing. Nearby at the cultural level: Lyon capital of the Gauls, classified as UNESCO heritage, Cluny, Solutré... The region is rich in good restaurants and many wineries can introduce you to good wines. The house has a large heated swimming pool (25°C) reserved for you from 1/06 to 15/09, variable dates depending on the weather. The pool is accessible from 1/05 to 30/09, depending on the weather. The petanque court and the pool can be used from 8am to 8pm, so as not to create noise nuisance for our neighbors. Les Ardillats is a small village of 650 inhabitants, quiet in the heart of nature where the living is good. I am easily reachable by phone or email. Access: - A6 highway, Belleville exit, then 20 minutes - Lyon Saint Exupéry Airport then by car about 1 hr 15 min (possibility that I organize your transfer by taxi) - SNCF station: by TGV Lyon or Macon Loché (possibility that I organize your transfer by taxi) Guest access You can check in from 4pm and please vacate the accommodation by 11am The part of the house rented by Airbnb is private to guests of the same family or group. The pool, garden, play area: pétanque and ping pong are reserved for you. Access to the laundry room and in particular the washing machine is to be shared with us. Other things to note I rent my house for a minimum of 4 nights for the period of July and August, 3 nights for June and September; and 2 nights for the other months. A contribution of €80 is requested, this participation includes the setting up of all the bedding, towels, foutas (towels) for the pool are provided, cleaning the whole house. This amount is a contribution and does not cover the entire cleaning fee, I ask everyone to respect the place, the equipment, cleaning products are at your disposal if necessary. IMPORTANT: The house has a quiet and natural environment, the neighborhood, so the house is not suitable for parties, birthdays, sound evenings, no use of speakers to play music outside...
