The apartment is tastefully-furnished, is modern, and is 70 m². The appartment has capacity for 4 peopple. It has 2 bedrooms, one with double bed and the second one with two single beds. All of them with fans. The common areas of living and dinning room have TV, WiFi and acces to the terrace. Also the kitchen has access to the terraze and very confortable to dinner outside. The bathroom is modern and has shower. The space The accommodation is equipped with the following items: barbecue, iron, internet (Wi-Fi), air conditioning (hot/cold), air conditioning in the living room, 3 fans. In the vitroceramic independent kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, freezer, washing machine, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and juicer are provided. Guest access There is free parking close to the property. Other things to note ADDITIONAL NOTES - A few days before your arrival you must contact the agency to give data for check-in. - One day before your arrival the reception office provide time and place to pick-up the key. - Check-in: 16.00 - 00.00 p.m. - Check-out: 00.00 - 10.00 a.m. - Extra light fee is not included in the rental price: 12,00 euros/day. - Late check-in is provided only if it is possible. Please specify availability, cost and hours upon prior request. PRIOR REQUEST - Transfer service is arranged for extra fee 72 hours beforehand. - Baby cot and high chair are provided free of charge. - Second baby cot and high chair € 10,00/day. All additional amounts paid to the agency upon arrival. DEPOSIT Upon arrival guests pay 300,00 euros by bank card for the deposit. It is refunded within 7 days since check-out if the house is in agreed conditions. TOURISM TAX Since July 2016 local authorities established tourism tax (ecotax): - € 2,20 / person / night for the first 8 days. All following days € 1,10 / person / night. Not applicable to children under 16 years old. - It is mandatory for all tourists in Mallorca to be registered in National Police Portal. ALL GUESTS MUST SEND THE FOLLOWING DATA: 1.
