We are in the Nansa valley, western part of Cantabria, between the sea and the mountains. Primorías is a cattle farm, where we have transformed a very large old Cantabrian house into two cozy independent homes with everything you need to enjoy an unforgettable stay. Room for 8 people. The space Primorias is a 23-hectare cattle farm in the Nansa Valley, 15 km from San Vicente de la Barquera. The house is part of a set of 3 rental homes. The house is a stone and exposed brick construction, with a wooden structure and roof. It is distributed over three floors. It has a room with a large bed and 3 other double beds. The ground floor is a spacious space, with a kitchen open to the dining-living room that has a fireplace. A basket of firewood is provided at no additional cost for each booking, from October 1 to May 31. From June to September, if heating is requested, an extra fee will be applied. It has two full bathrooms. The capacity is 8 people. Outside it has a private green space with garden furniture and barbecue. Guest access The house is part of the farm, 2km from the village of Camijanes, near the Nansa River and surrounded by meadows where cows graze all year round and native trees that can be seen from the living room gallery. It is part of a set of 3 rental houses, plus my parents' house, who manage the property. In addition to livestock, we also have a few happy chickens that peck freely around the farm and a small garden, so you can pick fresh eggs (in season) and participate in the work of the field. Other things to note Primorías Camijanes is a real, working cattle ranch. My parents are the real bosses of the farm, as they live there almost all year round. It is a set of 3 independent rental homes, which can be rented separately or as a whole. We have the 8-seat house, which is the one you are looking at, another 6-seat house and another 4-seat house. That's 18 seats. The cows may escape and enter the courtyard. We may need your help to change the cows from "prao", they may leave some souvenirs on the entrance roads, the chickens may "steal" your bread if you get lost etc... real country life.
