Great for a stay in nature, quiet and close to hiking trails. 5 min walk from the banks of the Allier, 15 min from kayaking activities, close to the important sites that make Auvergne charming (Clermont-Fd, Vichy, Vulcania, the Chaîne des Puys and the Le Pal animal and amusement park) Less than 10 km from highways. The space All TVs are 4K and connected (except kitchen) The house is located in a large garden. Everything is provided for your comfort with full equipment including Wi-Fi in all rooms. On the ground floor: - large living/dining room with 2 sofa beds separated at night by a blackout curtain and large bookcase for reading enthusiasts as well as many board games - a shower room and separate toilet - one bedroom with bunk bed and a pull-out bed - a fully equipped kitchen (wine cellar, dishwasher, induction cooktop, oven, microwave, fridge freezer, coffee machines...) - a laundry room with washing machine and ironing kit - a room dedicated to sports with rowing machine, exercise bike, treadmill (all connectable) and a set of fitness accessories. Upstairs: 1 landing distributing the 2 bedrooms, the shower room and the separate toilet. - 1 bedroom with a 160 cm bed equipped with a large screen, cupboards and a cozy corner for reading - 1 bedroom with a 140 cm bed and a small extra bed separated by a screen.
