The space The very nice 2-room apartment on the ground floor (raised ground floor) of the house has a living area of about 54 m² and impresses with bright light-flooded rooms. The highlight of this apartment is the approx. 18 m² sun terrace to the south side.  On this one you will find a cozy sitting lounge that invites you to relax and linger.   A hallway with wardrobe and spacious two-door built-in wardrobe leads to the very well-equipped living and dining area. In this there is, among other things, a dining table for 4 people, a Blu-Ray player, a Bose Sound Touch Mini Music system system and a cozy seating set with sofa bed. This can be comfortably bedded for another two people if needed (1,60 x 2,00 m).   The kitchenette integrated in the living area leaves nothing to be desired. In this one you will find a fridge with freezer, an oven, a 2-burner induction hob, a dishwasher as well as a Senseo coffee-pad machine, kettle and toaster.   The apartment also has one bedroom with a box spring bed (1.80 × 200 m), plenty of storage space in the large wardrobe and a mirror.   There is a modern shower room with window (toilet, sink, large wall mirror, towel heating) at your disposal. The non-smoking apartment is ideally suited for 2-4 people.   Of course, free Wi-Fi is at your disposal. A parking space is available free of charge in the underground garage.   The 4-legged family members are welcome upon registration and for a small fee. Ground floor / mezzanine with large sun terrace! This apartment can be booked with 1 - 4 people! The residential park "Stadt Hamburg" is a well-kept holiday complex with several houses in the heart of Binz. Thanks to its central and quiet location near the forests of the Granitz, it is not only interesting for bathing holidays, but also ideal for nature lovers and active holidaymakers all year round. Attention: The access to the Klünderberg with the residential park is quite steep, which can be difficult especially for people with reduced mobility or with a pram.
