We offer a separate downstairs suite that includes 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom a full kitchen and washer & dryer for your needs. Our guests love our peaceful and abundant gardens that provide privacy, sending you straight into relaxation mode. The small dock on the lily pond is the perfect spot for your morning yoga flow followed by a rinse in the outdoor cedar shower while the birds sing. Take a stroll through the flower and vegetable gardens where we grow much of our produce during the spring and summer months. Walk down to Sunshine Bay Beach just two minutes away for a famous Kootenay Lake sunset and swim . Whitewater ski resort is an hour drive from The Poppy Inn. We’ve got you covered for your aprés hot tub and in floor heat to keep you warm and cozy. *About the rooms: The Loon Suite Includes 1 queen-sized bed.The loon suite faces the peaceful lily pond and is surrounded by flower gardens. The Cedar shower is just outside your door. The Mountain Suite Includes 1 king-sized bed. Wake up to gorgeous the view of Kokanee Glacier Provincial Park. 1 large shared bathroom with shower & bath. A little bit about the owner Ofer is an experienced farmer who is passionate about permaculture and living simply within the beauty of nature. Many years as an artisanal goat-cheese maker has inspired Ofer in his passion for cooking, creating as well as hosting. We would love to host you, see you soon!
