The Winerack 2 - spectacular views

'The Winerack 2' is one of 3 accommodation listings that can be rented out separately or alternatively you can rent out the whole house to accommodate up to 14 guests. Please note if you are 2 guests requiring 2 rooms there is an additional $70/night applies. The space Sitting on the edge of Mudgee overlooking the town is a large 6 bedroom house that is spread over 3 levels. Each level can be rented out separately. The Winerack is a fully self-contained house with all the comforts of home. It is the perfect spot to enjoy watching the sunrise or relaxing on the verandah with a glass of wine watching the sunset over Mudgee. You will also certainly see some kangaroos in the early afternoon coming down from the hills to nibble at the grass. Each bedroom has a queen bed with the option of 2 trundle beds for kids. So a total of 6 guests. The centre of town is only a short drive away (3.7kms) so still close enough to enjoy all the numerous cafes, boutique shops and supermarkets. Children welcome. On request a highchair and cot can be provided at no extra cost. You will need to provide your own bed linen for the cot. All linen is provided (bed linen, bath towels, bath mats etc) including soap but you will need to provide your own toiletries. Tea, coffee, sugar and milk is provided, however, if your staying for more than 2 nights you may need to bring your own supplies. No smoking permitted inside the house. Note: there is an internal access door to Level 1 (ground level) that can be unlocked if renting out more than 1 level. There is no laundry on Level 2. Guest access You will have access to Level 2 only. If you are 2 adults needing the use of both bedrooms, there is an additional $50/night fee. Other things to note Small pets are allowed but we charge a pet fee ($50 for each pet) per stay. Please notify me prior to arrival. Unfortunately we do not allow puppies to stay. They are too unpredictable with wees and chewing. Your pet must be house trained.
