Bellagio house with lake and mountain views, with large park and forest. The apartment is a studio apartment equipped with a fully equipped kitchen, double sofa bed, heating, air conditioning, bathroom with shower + whirlpool and a room with washing machine and iron. The house has a video surveillance system outside that overlooks the park and the access area. There is a large sunbathing and relaxation area with a Jacuzzi overlooking the lake all year round and a swimming pool from June to September. Other things to note Municipality of Bellagio Tourist Tax Legislative Decree no. 23 of March 14, 2011 gave municipalities the right to establish an accommodation tax to be applied gradually in proportion to the price, up to 5 euros, for each overnight stay. The Municipality of Bellagio established this tax with Municipal Council Resolution no. 27 of November 2, 2011, to be applied from April 1, 2012. The managers of the accommodation facilities in Bellagio and their guests are required to pay (for each overnight stay in the accommodation facilities located in the municipal territory of Bellagio) for a maximum of 7 consecutive nights, for each person, per night, in an amount commensurate with the type of accommodation facilities as follows: The manager of the accommodation facility is obliged to collect the tax from their customer, issuing a receipt. Exemptions are provided for, some of which are subject to the delivery to the manager of the accommodation facility, by the interested party, of a certification issued by the employer (Article 6 letter a, of the municipal regulation).
