Set in an alley, this house has been renovated in an elegant way, yet keeping all of its charm and character that have been tied to it from the days it was built around 400 years ago. Upon entering the house one finds himself in a 42 square meter living room with round sofa, hot water Jacuzzi, and 46 inch LED TV. Next to this room is a separate dining room, a well equipped kitchen, and a shower room. The living room sofa is comfortable as a double bed and can sleep another 2 persons. There is a shower room from the living room . A staircase from the living room leads to the bedroom with en suite shower and a 50 square meter roof terrace with garden, outdoor sofa, dining table for 4 and BBQ. Other things to note A new environmental contribution of 0.50c per person per night over 18 years is subject to be paid in cash on arrival. A deposit of €300 for any breakages or careless use of water and electricity is kept upon arrival and returned within 1 week from departure. Your stay includes 30 units daily for electricity which should be sufficient and extra units are subject to payment. The owner may inspect the property during daytime.
