Waterfront Stilt house with a NICE NEW BOAT RAMP! Two docks! 3 bedroom - 3 Bath. Large property. King bed in master, TV and bathroom, 2nd bedroom has Queen bed, Full futon - plus TV. The living room: piano, electric fireplace, leather couches, kitchen and twin daybed with a twin trundle. Fast internet. Downstairs has 1 Queen bed, 1 full bed, 3 twin beds. Pull out couch, chair and TV area. Bathroom and mini kitchen downstairs. Whole house sleeps 15! The space The Fish House offers many spaces. The bottom of the house has a bedroom with 1 queen bed, 1 full bed and 3 twin beds. The living area has a pull out gel memory foam couch and chair plus a TV. 2 TVs downstairs. There is a mini kitchen downstairs plus a full bathroom with a shower. Upstairs has two bedrooms. The Master bedroom has a king bed with an ensuite bathroom. The king bedroom has a brand new Avocado organic mattress! The second bedroom has a queen and full bed plus smart tv. The living room has a day bed with twin and twin trundle. The kitchen is updated and includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, oven and microwave. Plus a fully stocked kitchen with all the bake ware, cooking utensils etc to cook family meals! There is a coffee bar with a keurig with pods and 12 pot. Outside features lots of parking, private boat ramp, 2 docks for your use, commercial ice maker, fire pit and a grill. There is an elevator to upstairs and stairs! A nice screened in porch to enjoy the view upstairs too! Guest access You will be able to access the whole property, private boat ramp, 2 docks(lift off limits), grill down below, fire pit, outdoor seating downstairs, kayaks and upstairs of the house. Other things to note If you bring pets a $200 pet fee is required. You must pick up their poop and dispose of it in the garbage. All trash must be bagged and put into the 2 big green garbage cans. Do not put trash into the fire pit. The garbage days are Monday and Thursday early. Trash can must be put out at the curb. If you use a lot of towels please wash them all before you leave. Leave your comforters, sheets, and blankets used in a pile when you leave. We wash everything each time. Do not put anything down the toilets except toilet paper. We are on the sewer system however we have a grinder pump which puts the stuff into the sewer. If you use wipes etc this will break the pump and you will be responsible for repairing it which is $700-1600.
