The room is in my newly renovated and beautiful old building apartment in the front house directly on Helmholtzplatz in the famous Prenzlauer Berg. Here you will find many nice cafes and bars. On foot you can reach in 2 minutes the tram to Alexanderplatz. The space The room in my apartment is in a 70 square meter newly renovated and beautiful old building apartment in the front house directly on Helmholtzplatz in the famous Prenzlauer Berg. On foot you can reach in 2 minutes the tram to Alexanderplatz, in 5 minutes the S-, and subway station Schönhauser Allee, from which Berlin is easy to travel and explore. Only 5 minutes in the other direction is the beautiful Mauerpark, where a huge, colorful flea market opens every weekend. The S-Bahn takes you to the Linden in 10 minutes. There you find the cathedral, the pleasure garden, the opera, very close to the TV tower. Location: Helmholzplatz (Prenzlauer Berg) 3rd floor with lift Amenities: 1 sheep room (quiet) with queen size bed (140x200), spacious and fully equipped kitchen, daylight bathroom with bathtub, free Wi-Fi Many small shops and restaurants in the immediate vicinity offer opportunities to explore the neighborhood within walking distance. Among other things, Helmholtzplatz, the Kollwitzviertel, the Kastanienallee and Hackescher Markt are all less than a kilometer away. Public green spaces and playgrounds are just as quick to reach as public transport (tram M2, M10, U2 and S-Bahn). For questions and tips, I am happy to be available in person or by phone.
