The space The upstairs family area is ideal to come together to take in the waves crashing below on the sandy beaches with beautiful rock outcroppings. The downstairs kitchen has high-end appliances and most everything you will need to prepare meals during your stay. There are beds for 9, but the home will accommodate 12 with a sleeper sofa and futon. The home sits on the cliffs above the beach to give you a spectacular view from upstairs and downstairs. Parking to beach access is only 1/4 mile away and Seal Rock State Park is about 1/2 mile the other direction. The home is centrally located between Newport and Waldport. It is only about 10 minutes from the Newport Aquarium and 15 minutes from the historic Newport Bayfront. There is ample shopping and wonderful food to be had in Newport. We love this house.
