The layout is a studio (30 sqm), there is a door between the hallway and the room. This adds to the coziness and quietness. There is a full kitchen with a dishwasher, oven, induction stove and fridge + dining table that can also be used as a work table. There are plates, glasses and cutlery. There are many cafes for every taste in the building. The house is new, the elevators are still in construction. There are no repairs nearby.
