Sea view villa in front of a wonderful vineyard Covered veranda equipped for outdoor dining, large outdoor area with barbecue. The space The villa is located in a slightly elevated area within a pinetina that makes it pleasantly cool and ventilated. In front of the villa, a wonderful vineyard separates it from the sea; sea reachable both by car by paved road, and on foot through a dirt road( not very convenient to walk if you have children in tow or with wheelchairs is not recommended) about 250 meters long. The villa will be available for YOUR EXCLUSIVE USE and there will be no spaces shared with other guests who are not belonging to your group or family. Upon REQUEST it will be possible to occupy the house for PARTIES ,LUNCHES,DINNERS even without overnight stays ( using living room/kitchen/toilet/outdoor spaces,gazebo and barbecue use and not the bedrooms) . The price will be agreed upon when requesting information and depending on the situation I will make my offer according to Airbnb rules. FOR COUPLES, ON REQUEST, we can prepare the room and table for romantic lunches and dinners with or without an overnight stay (price to be agreed based on the request The property has private outdoor parking with automatic gate for multiple parking spaces. On the large veranda, overlooking the vineyard and the sea, there is a masonry barbecue, a comfortable masonry shower useful when returning from the sea . A large table in the covered area of the veranda is available for outdoor lunches and dinners. From June 15 to September 15 ( for climatic reasons) it will be possible to use a gazebo with hot tub ( the bathtub upon RESERVATION, for a maximum of 3 hours per day at a cost of €25 for each use. The hydromassage will be prepared by us and NOT independently for reasons of hygiene ,maintenance and safety ). You must book the jacuzzi 1 day ahead of the time you want to use it. Before entering the bathtub you will need to take a shower for hygienic reasons and to remove creams and various and you will have to wear the headset . The gazebo can be used freely even if the bathtub is not booked. As soon as you enter the villa there is a living room with air conditioning . There are two TVs,one in the living room and one in the larger room (Maestrale). Each room, depending on its location, is named after one of the winds: Libeccio, Ponente, Maestrale ,Grecale. There are two bathrooms complete with bidet, shower with chromotherapy and hair dryer One of them has a washing machine. The BATHROOM is ONE for every 2 people(you can use the SECOND bathroom for 3 people up). The request for the second bathroom for less than 3 people will entail a surcharge of €35 ( per stay) Shower gel and toilet paper will be provided necessary for the first two days then you will have to provide yourself. Small dogs allowed, maximum 1 surcharge €35 per day. Cats are NOT allowed. At the time of the reservation request, it is necessary to specify the number of rooms you need( example for 2 people there is only one bedroom with double bed. If 2 people wanted to use 2 rooms, there would be an extra charge of €30 per day for the use of an extra room (€30 on the first day, €10 on the next days)!!!!For 4 people 2 rooms,for 6 people 3 rooms,for 8 people 4 rooms!!For each room more than the beds, you have to pay 30€ for an initial surcharge, €10 for the following days! Guest access The entire Ionian coast alternates sandy beaches with cliffs. The beach in front of the villa, about 250 meters away, is a sandy and free beach.
