Welcome to Santa Pola! We offer a fully equipped and comfortable apartment. All you have to do is put your bags down and enjoy your holidays. The space You will stay in an apartment that can accommodate up to 6 guests. It is located on the third and last floor. The building has a lift. It consists of: • 3 bedrooms: - a large bedroom with a large double bed and closet - 1 bedroom with double bed and closet - one bedroom with two small singles and one closet • A separate toilet • A bathroom with WC (shower, hair dryer) • A fitted kitchen (fridge and freezer, microwave, oven, induction stove, toaster, coffee maker, citrus press, dishwasher, etc.) • A back kitchen (washing machine, iron, laundry line) • Lounge / dining room (TV, sofa, dining table,...) • One balcony (outdoor lounge) • Two showers are to be shared on the ground floor (ideal for beach returns) • A covered and private parking space (remote controls will be given with the keys of the apartment to allow you to enter the building) • You will find on the ground floor a private cellar in which is 5 adult bikes • The roof of the building (solarium) is also accessible via the stairs. You can then enjoy the sunsets and stunning views of Santa Pola. There's also a laundry line here. Guest access The apartment sits around: • 100m to the beach • 15 min drive from Alicante airport • 10 minute walk to the harbor and downtown Santa Pola • 5 minutes walk to a convenience store and bakery • You will find bars and restaurants all along the beach to the port. The location of the apartment is ideal and allows to do a lot of things on foot!
