Apartment 5 min from the subway with a view of the city from above

This is a two-room apartment where we usually live ourselves, so one room will be closed, there are our personal belongings:) The apartment is on the 23rd floor with an excellent view of the city, the balcony is equipped with a cozy corner for evening gatherings. All rooms are large, 5 minutes walk to Lesnaya metro station, half an hour to the center by car, 20 minutes by metro, the elevator works without failures. A large bed in the bedroom and a fold-out sofa in the kitchen - there is not a large sleeping place. Separate bathroom, there is a washing machine and dishwasher. Guest access Guests have access to 1 bedroom (the second room is closed, our belongings are stored there), a kitchen with a sofa that can be unfolded into a small double bed, a separate bathroom. If necessary, we will provide a mattress that can serve as an extra bed, for example, for a child. For guests are available: 1 bedroom (the other room is locked, we store our belongings there), the kitchen with a sofa, that can be transformed into a sleeping place for 2 people, a toilet and bathroom.
