The condo is row-rise and located next to Maya Department Store and walkable distance to Nimman street with a cozy bedroom(king size bed, wardrob, bathroom), chic living room (chic sofa and 32" TV ), kitchen (refrigerator,microwave, stove, washing machine and kitchen utensil). In room WiFi Hi-Speed Internet. You can access Pool and Gym. Guest access You are able to have a full access of common facilities and amenities, a swimming pool, gym. Other things to note Kindly note on the followings -To facilitate check-in process, kindly prepare and send the picture of your passport page (all of the guests) to staying at the property. Your information will be used strictly for security and legal purposes. - The room and balcony are strictly non-smoking . Smoking of any kind (including electronic cigarettes) is prohibited. A penalty of 5,000 THB will be applied for violations. - External visitors and/or unregistered guests are not allowed to enter the property. - As this is a residential area, please be respectful of other residents, especially during quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. - Please note that this is my private residence, not a hotel. You are renting a room with basic amenities provided. There is no daily cleaning and no refill of toiletries or replacement of linens/towels during your stay. Cleaning is done only before check-in and after check-out. *If you would like a cleaning service during your stay, it can be arranged in advance for an extra fee of: - 500 THB per session for general cleaning - 250 THB for a change of bed linens and towels - For monthly stays (>=28 nights) electricity is charged based on actual usage at 6 THB per unit.
