Guest will receive a money request by Airbnb for these costs. Hot water is included if used in the monthly average amount. Any additional usage must be paid based on the bill by KOMUNALNO PODJETJE. The government of Slovenia requires from hosts to register each guest’s government issued ID into E-TOURISM. You will have to provide to the host the government issued ID at least 48 hours prior to check in date. Check in is at anytime after 3pm. All guests have to arrive during this time frame. Each guest has to show a valid government issued ID at the time of check in. Names - last names of all guests provided by the guest have to match submitted ID documents.
