Nice little apartment in the countryside

The apartment is located in a rural setting, very quiet and relaxing with magnificent views of the mountains. The advantage of our residence "Aux champs Pressinois" is its location because while being in the countryside you will be close to major cities (1 hour from Lyon, 35 minutes from Chambéry, 50 minutes from Grenoble), the lakes of Paladru, Aiguebelette, Aix-les-Bains and Annecy, as well as the mountain trails of the Chartreuse massif. The space The apartment is located in an old farmhouse undergoing renovation. The residence consists of several duplex units with access to a parking lot and a shared garden. Each apartment has a terrace area with garden furniture and parasol (BBQ available). Namely, the second part of the site is currently under construction, because the accommodation has been recently renovated (no noise nuisance however). Inside the apartment, on the ground floor, you will arrive at a living/dining room and an equipped kitchen (with dishwasher, fridge, electric stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker...). In this room you have the second bed, a 130x190 sofa bed. Upstairs, you will find a bathroom/toilet, (where you will have bath towels, hairdryer mats) and a bedroom composed of a 140 x 190 bed as well as a wall storage and a dresser to store all your belongings.
