Baita Rousinette

The chalet, dating back to 1800, is located in a beautiful hamlet between Pragelato and Sestriere, at the entrance to the Val Troncea Natural Park. This is a very fine renovation from 2010 carried out in total respect of the places and materials with extensive use of stone and wood. The accommodation is located on the second floor, also has a parking space, a large cellar with laundry and storage for ski equipment and a sun terrace in front of the chalet. The space The house has been lovingly renovated and furnished by us owners and it is in this spirit that we hope the tenants use it, enjoying its comforts while respecting things and neighbors. Guest access The chalet has 8 accommodations, with the other owners we are acquaintances and friends; the common spaces are the large entrance hall and the sun terrace, located under the outdoor parking lots, with access from a small wooden gate next to the fountain (the “batsô d'la fënna), little frequented by those who already have a private garden and therefore almost always free. Other things to note The apartment has a natural wood floor; it is therefore required that shoes be left in the cellar, where there are numerous slippers made available to guests.
