Welcome to Casa de Motes your-home away from home. The house is located by the beach with beautiful views of the ocean, beach, Samar Island and glorious sunrises. This is the place to be in to enjoy relaxing days and evenings by the beach . The house is comfortable and a wonderful place to unwind and relax. Enjoy the house, the beach, the balcony or the rooftop. The space Access to the second story home is via an exterior stairway. This new home was completed in July 2019. It is a second story home with two air conditioned bedrooms, (one with a queen size bed, one with two single beds or can be converted to a king bed and a full set of linens), a full bath complete with soap, shampoo and towels, It also features fully equipped kitchen complete with a microwave oven, a two burner induction cook top, dishes, silverware, pots & pans, and a refrigerator. For dining, it features a breakfast bar and a dining area for four persons. The Entertainment area features spacious living room complete with cable TV service and Wi-Fi internet access. The exterior features, a balcony, and a wonderful rooftop patio that affords a view of the ocean, Samar Island, and the surrounding area. for occupants enjoyment. Guest access Guests will have the home space to themselves with all the privacy.. They may access the balcony and roof top patio which are shared with the hosts. They have full access to the beach which is several steps in front of the house via the fully fenced lawn. Guests will have easy access to the hosts who are available to answer questions or to provide tips and ideas for exploring. Other things to note The Beach House is located in Tolosa, Leyte Philippines. It is approximately 45 - 50 minutes from Daniel Z Rumualdez Tacloban Airport
