Room with approx. 21m² and bathroom. Located right in between mountains, lakes, forests and a big river. 1.5 km from the next town (we can lend you a bike). 15 km from Klagenfurt. Swimming, biking, hiking, climbing and many more activities are possible within a radius from 5-10 km. And if you just want to put your feet up and relax in the clean air you can use our garden and terrace. The room is also available for longer stays. Ask for long stay special rates! The space Within a short stroll, lake, creek, forest and a town is reachable (10-15 min. walk, 5 min. bike). The famous Wörthersee is located just about 15 km away. For a small fee you can lend a bike - if there is currently one available. Guest access SHARED KITCHEN & LAUNDRY ROOM If you want to cook, there is a shared kitchen on the ground floor. If you have laundry to wash, there is a laundry room in the basement. GARDEN & TERRACE If you just want to put your feet up and relax in the clean air watching the time go by - no problem.
