Very nice apartment. There is a kitchen with a living room, bedroom, bathroom and a balkony. Behind the building there's a small forest as well as a nice park. Around 200 m from the appartment there's a shopping mall and a cinema. For guest use there`s a undergrung car park with dedicated place. In the kitchen for comfort f guest there are basic kitchen staff like coffee, tea, sugar, salt, oil, spices etc... Night silence applies between 22.00-06.00 so it`s not adequate for parties. Guest access Bathroom, kitchen with a living room, badroom and a balkony Other things to note Usually my guest do the self check in however if it`s possible I do it personally. Before an arrival I send to my guest all necessary instructions with pictures which makes the check in very easy. From my experience my guest had no problems at all. In my offer there are standar check in/check out times. However if only there are no guest before or after You stay I am very flexible with that. In this case You can make an early check in and late check out.
