Authentic rural Mallorca in a newly refurbished house, private use, in a quiet and idyllic area. Just 15 minutes from Palma in train, bus or car. Just 13 min. walk from the train (every 10-30 min.). There is a chlorine-free pool (healing waters) just in front of the house, surrounded by wonderful mountain trails. Drinking, filtered well water. Latest technology. There is parking for 1 car. We live in a separate house near, on the same Organic Farm. A copy of your ID is requested before booking. The space This is a unique and peaceful environment, and at the same time it is very near Palma and shops and beaches. The house is the last one of a closed road, so there is no noise of cars - very silent and green. Guest access There is a beautiful terrace surrounded by fruit trees - orange, mandarine, lemons, pomegranates, Japanese figs, etc. These trees provide shade in summer and there is a wonderful wooden, rustic table under the trees’ shade.
