Basement Pad

Welcome to our home! This space is a newly renovated downstairs of a split level house located in a quaint neighborhood in Fremont, Ohio. You will have private access to the apartment in the rear of the house. There is 1 cozy bedroom with a queen-sized bed and a living room area with a sofa bed that sleeps 2. We have a kitchenette, dining area and a smart T.V. The whole space is clean, and decorated to make you feel at home! Easy access to 80/90 Ohio Turnpike. 28 miles from Cedar Point. The space We have a modern remodeled bathroom with shower. There is a kitchenette that contains an apartment size refrigerator, toaster oven, coffee maker and microwave. Non-smokers only and no pets. If you need to smoke or vape, please go to the back of the property or to the end of driveway in front. Guest access Guests will have their own parking space up near the house. The entrance is in the back of the house down 5 steps. After parking, go through the left side of the house gate. Limit of two vehicles. The guests will have a spacious living room, kitchenette, dining area, full bathroom, and bedroom all private to them. There is a laundry room attached that may need to be used by host occasionally, but can be accessed by a separate entry and has a door to shut when in use to maintain privacy. There is a door separating the upstairs that will be locked for privacy. We have a large backyard which is accessible to our guests, however we spend a lot of time out there in the Spring and Summer. It is very nice and cozy in our backyard and we do not mind if our guests would like to enjoy it! Other things to note This is a non smoking property.
