The Hide - cosy rural cottage

The Hide is a tranquil getaway, tucked into the corner of Lemons Farm, our 15th Century thatched farmhouse. Originally a piggery, the cob and stone building has been converted into a little cottage with a living area, kitchenette, bathroom and mezzanine sleeping area. Fall asleep under the stars and wake to the sound of birdsong. Lemons Farm is located in Atherington, a lovely village with a church, tennis court and park. Some great pubs are nearby as are the gorgeous North Devon beaches. The space Guests have their own enclosed patio seating area with a BBQ (bring your own charcoal) and chiminea (logs and kindling are provided) together with a private sun deck behind The Hide overlooking the gardens of Lemons Farm. Other things to note On parle francais! Hablamos espanol! Sheets and towels provided. The ladder staircase leading up to the mezzanine is steep and may be a struggle for those with mobility problems. We accept up to two well-behaved dogs (please ensure they stay downstairs and are not allowed on the furniture). Unfortunately we do not accept cats.
