This charming two-bedroom cottage is a fully private, secondary unit, located on our property—separate from the main house to ensure your complete privacy and serenity throughout your stay. A perfect place to relax WE HAVE BACK UP WATER TOO ON A FILTRATION SYSTEM. We have a 2.4 KVA inverter to run , lamp and smart tv and WiFi during loadshedding and loadshedding lights as well as a little one pot gas burner if the power is out. The outside lights are also on in the garden.that runs off the main house inverter There are two outside sitting areas The first one upstairs with table and chairs and patio furniture and the second downstairs there is a gas barbecue as well as a wood barbecue A fire pit has also been added to sit and enjoy family time Guest access Guest have access to their whole section of the property Other things to note Our dog is on the property but closed off and love people but away from guests WE HAVE BACK UP WATER WITH FILTRATION SYSTEM We have a 2.4 KVA INVERTER for the WiFi, lamps, laptop and smart tv to work during loadshedding ( power outage) and LOTS OF loadshedding lights, as well as a gas one plate burner if the power is out with a kettle. The outside lights are also on as they are run off the main house inverter system. The cleaning fee is for the clean up after your stay Any additional cleans if needed must be arranged before and will be at an extra cost paid directly to cleaners depending on how many hours needed
