BIRTHDAYS, ANNIVERSARIES, ETC., CUSTOMIZABLE TO YOUR REQUIREMENTS. ***CHECK IN TIME IS 2PM AND CHECK OUT TIME IS 12 NOON NEXT DAY. We don't allow bringing in of food or cooking of food in our premises. We have a complete menu you can pre-order prior to check-in at reasonable prices. The space PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TO KNOW MORE ABOUT OUR RULES: 1. We only accept one group at a time. That means that your group has exclusive enjoyment of all the facilities of our resort at no additional charge. We have sleeping facilities for up to 30 guests family style in 3 bedrooms and ground floor. We have Home-cooked food (our website has the complete menu) served family-style that can be ordered in advance of the booking date. Each item is good for 10 persons. 2. We do not allow bringing in of food into our resort except for cakes and snacks that our guests may bring with them. Please order your meals no later than 7 days prior to your check-in date. For purposes of headcount, children are also counted as adults. 3. Our Airbnb rate is good for up to 18 persons. We can accept up to 30 persons for overnight stay but we have to charge an additional P650 per person for every person in excess of 18. 4. Our resort is Pet friendly. But we will not clean up after litter (including pet waste and urine) coming from your pets so we suggest you bring pet diapers and their cages. 5. We do not allow the bringing in and drinking of hard drinks in our resort in order to avoid problems with intoxicated guests. Beer, wine, soft drinks, coffee, and water are available at reasonable prices. 6. Check in time is 2pm (strictly). Check out time is 12noon the following day. We need 2 hours in order to thoroughly clean and sanitize and prepare the resort for the next incoming guests. We therefore request all our guests to please leave the resort no later than 12 noon. Please be considerate of the next incoming group of guests. Guest access Large grass lawn for volleyball, frisbee, soccer and other sports. Swimming pool, pool table, table tennis, basketball court, and badminton. Also a great location for workshops/planning or as a wedding destination. Other things to note We only accept OVERNIGHTER BOOKINGS. DAY BOOKINGS ARE NOT ALLOWED SINCE IT DISRUPTS THE DAILY SCHEDULES OF OVERNIGHTER BOOKINGS. Overnight rate is P28,800.00 on weekdays (Sunday to Thurs) and weekend rate is 32,400.00 (Fri & Sat) We can accommodate up to a maximum of 30 persons. The rate quoted is good for up to 18 persons and we have to charge an additional P650.00 per person in excess of 18 but for a maximum of 30 persons. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate overnight stay for more than 30 persons. Check-in time is 2PM and check-out time is 12noon the following day. We also cannot allow a late check-out because we have to clean up and sanitize the entire resort for the next group of guests that will be checking in.
