This is a brand new 3-bedroom-apartment, high security, and the location is super. You will have a private room, and have access to all communal space including living room, kitchen and the shared bathroom. The apartment is close to shops, public transport, pretty much everything you need. Only a few stops to the CBD. Imagine you can wake up with sunrise every morning or enjoy Melbourne city nigh view with a glass of wine from the balcony. Just a few steps, you can quickly access to the Brunswick station and Tram 19 stop which go directly to the CBD, RMIT Brunswick campus, Monash Parkville campus, Melbourne Uni. If you enjoy cooking, we have full kitchen accessories, and Woolworths is at the doorstep. If you like to dine out, there are a few good local restaurants around. Few minutes to everything you will need: - Barkly Square - Woolworths, ALDI - Chemist Warehouse - Banks (Commonwealth, Bank of Melbourne, ANZ, Westpac) - Local restaurants, bars, coffee shops - Clifton park, Gilpin park Please note that my place is a SHARED apartment and therefore cannot be used for quarantine as requirements from the Victoria government.
