This house is nestled among the lush green mountains in Mulshi overseeing the Mulshi Dam with 4 acres of farm which you can access.Located approximately 50kms from Pune, 129km from the nearest beach i.e Alibaug and around 170kms from Mumbai.Restaurants are located at 5mins walk from the property.A great place to stay for couples,families,groups and of course your pets too :). The space It is a two storied bungalow with a common space or hall with sofa and chairs,a fully equipped kitchen you can use to cook, a toilet, bathroom, washbasin and a bedroom on the ground floor and two bed rooms,a toilet ,bathroom,wash basin and a terrace on the top floor.One queen size bed and one single bed is provided in each of the bedrooms on first floor while a single bed and two mattresses are provided for the bedroom on the ground floor ,with 6 extra floor mattresses.Also pillows and blankets for up to 12 persons.Water heater is provided for both the bathrooms.Parking is provided. Guest access Guests can access the whole bungalow and also the 4 acre of its fenced farmland.Guests can also access the kitchen cabinet for cooking which includes all the basic spices,sugar,salt tea etc. Other things to note Towels will not be provided and guests will be required to bring their own if needed. Guests should clean up if the pet litters in the bungalow.
