Villa Bunga is located close to Lovina, the tourist place on the north coast of Bali. Here you enjoy your own private piece of paradise on Bali! The space Villa Bunga is a spacious villa, beautifully situated right on the beach of Lovina-Beach. The villa has a landscaped tropical garden of 1000 m² and a beautiful private swimming pool (50 m²) that slowly runs out from 1.00 m to 2.00 m depth. From the garden you have private access to the beach and an unobstructed view of the sea. The views are stunning every moment of the day, also in the evening when the sun disappears with a red glow in the sea and the sky will be filled by thousands of stars. Most of the year the sea on this coast is calm and the beach slopes gently into the sea and is therefore also suitable for children. The villa is fully furnished in Balinese style with all conveniences to make sure you have an unforgettable stay. The villa has 3 bedrooms, all with a double bed and air conditioning for a comfortable temperature. Each bedroom has its own bathroom with shower, toilet and washbasins. The bedrooms are spacious and we can place an extra (child) bed in one of the rooms if required. The villa has a separate kitchen and a beautiful decorated living room with a dining area and a seating area with Smart TV. The kitchen has all appliances you need such as a gas stove, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, blender, toaster and a water dispenser for cold and warm water. The living room has sliding glass doors to the terrace from which you have a fantastic view over the Bali Sea. The villa has a beautiful original Balinese thatched roof, made of alang-alang (Balinese grass) that covers also the front part of the terrace. Here you will find also a dining table to be able to eat outside and a seating area to enjoy the delightful evenings. The terrace runs all the way to the pool where you find sun beds for relaxing and sunbathing. Of course the bale benong at the beach side is not missing. This typical Indonesian rest cottage with a thick mattress and lots of pillows allows you to experience the ultimate in relaxation! It is a great place to relax with a book, a drink, listen to music or just to take a nap. Villa Bunga is tastefully furnished with beautiful colonial furniture and breathes the real Balinese atmosphere. The villa is equipped with all amenities and includes a satellite Smart TV, a Bluetooth speaker, a washing machine, a safe deposit box to store your personal belongings and you will have free Wi-Fi Internet access during the whole stay. And that’s not all! 6 days a week hospitable and welcoming staff will be ready for you! The ladies in the house take care of the cleaning, the laundry, the grocery shopping and they can cook the most delicious meals for you (breakfast, lunch and dinner). Only the groceries are for your own account, however prices for food are still very affordable in Bali, also when you are going out for lunch or dinner for example in Lovina. The villa has also a gardener and a security guard on duty. All is done to ensure you have a relaxing and carefree holiday! The staff costs are included in the rental rate, also the cooking of all the meals is included. Lovina is approximately a 10-minute drive from the villa and has nice restaurants, bars and shops. Transport can easily be arranged with one of the drivers that are available every day, also for all sightseeing trips. They speak English and are very good guides, they know the most beautiful places in Bali! You will enjoy a carefree holiday in this beautiful beach villa with friendly and welcoming staff! Guest access The villa, gardens and swimming pool are located on a private property and are not shared with other guests. During your stay you have the exclusive use of the whole property. Other things to note The rate includes all the costs: • electricity • gas and water consumption • 10% tax • household help / cook • gardener • security • help desk • use of towels and bed linen • use of the washing machine • free Wi-Fi internet access • welcome package upon arrival including the first dinner and first breakfast after arrival and a free welcome massage (welcome package applicable for bookings of 7 nights or longer) Excluding the rental rate is the tourist tax (30.000 IDR per person to pay upon arrival to the helpdesk), the groceries for the food (except the first dinner and first breakfast is complimentary for a stay of at least 7 nights) and the transport to and from the villa. Additional services: • For your convenience, the staff can do all the groceries. You need to give them money in advance to go to the supermarket or to the local market. Afterwards they will provide you with receipts. The staff will only charge you a small fee (20.000 IDR) for the transportation costs. Prices for food are affordable, the cost of living is still very low in this northern part of Bali. • We are pleased to arrange the transport from the airport in Denpasar (or another place if you arrived already earlier on Bali) to the villa. The driver will pick you up and bring you comfortable with a private car to the villa. The costs for this transfer from the airport or from another place in south Bali is 750.000 IDR (max. 4 to 5 people plus luggage) or 1.300.000 IDR (for a car suitable for up to 10 people plus luggage). The costs for the transport are not included in the rental rate and have to be paid in cash Rupiah to the driver after arrival at the villa. • Unless a specific arrangement has been made, check-in is after 14.00h, check-out is at 12.00h.
